Javascript form validation with Regular Expressions

On that page is some code for a submittal form. I am trying to
validate a couple fields, and check an email address for accuracy, but
as it is, the form just gets handed off, regardless of whether or not
it meets the validation. Any thoughts on why it is ignoring the
Javascript?

Start by putting alert statements in your function and see what is
actually going on.
