javascript tree control?

Can someone suggest a good javascript tree control that allows one to
dynamically add/remove nodes?

And that control, perhaps, can support unlimited levels, custom icon for
each node, etc...

Not the best in the world and maybe not what you "exactly" need though.

P.S. Opera is not listed as supported browser, but it is supported as
well, the script just seems to have some "beauty problems" with Opera
but fully operable otherwise.
