javascript with applet

Hi All,

I ve developed a page for uploading files.. So for the purpose of
opening FileChooser, I have made an applet, and the applet's method is
called from jsp on the click event. Now when the applet function is
perfomed, at the end, it calls a javascript method of the jsp file
through
win.call() method. But when i run the application, win.call() is not
performed till i once right click on the task bar icon of jsp file. It
hangs until I right click it... The applet method fully performs its
task...except the win.call() method..
Can anybody please explain.. as to what can be the possible cause of
such a behaviour. and what can be done to pass control to jsp on its
own..
