I have 1.4.2 installed, and from everything I can find, this library is
included in this build, however it does not exist in any of the jar files.

I checked suns JEC and they confirm it's included.

Can anyone point me into the right direction?

Look in the directory jre\lib\jce.jar

Perfect, it's there, and I copied it to %JAVA_HOME%\jre\lib\ext, but it's
still not locating it. Any other suggestions? You don't know how much I
appreciate this, been searching for 4 days with little results.
