JNDI context.lookup( ) timeout

Hello!
Could anyone direct me to where i could set the timeout for lookup() on
the context in JNDI. i am using JMS on JBoss, i cant seem to find any
XML file that has the parameter that i could use.

Talk about progress... the runaway popularity of XML has twisted peoples'
minds so much that some of you expect an XML file to be the key to aspects
which ought to be coded by way of the programming language (Java). That's
totally ironic, since the net effect is that XML becomes a medium for
obfuscation, the exact opposite of its main original selling point.

Have you looked at every nook and cranny of the JNDI API? That's where you
should look first, before cursing the thought that some XML file may contain
the abracadabra password.

Hi!
i must say, have looked at every" nook and cranny" of the JNDI API
before cursing my luck for not finding the XML file. it would seem that
there should be a way to do this, but it doesnt seem to show itself to
me.

if you got any luck to do lease do let me know, please.
