JNLP application version number

    I discovered that if you embed the version number into a JWS program
    it treats a new version like a brand new application.

    Yet there appears to be no place to record the version number of the
    application anywhere else in the JNLP file. That seem a little odd.

    Perhaps you are supposed to put it in the description?
