I designed a small GUI application to enable my corporate clients to
implement a company-wide standard email signature. I am looking for a
talented developer that has some experience with Ruby and GUI
applications to help me create a new version of the app in Ruby.

It's a small, fairly simple application, but there are a number of
little parts to it. Feel free to take a look at my more detailed
description[1] of the project and get back to me if you're interested.

Why now make it a small web app?

The app needs to write files the the user's machine and change
Outlook's preferences. I'm not aware of how that could be done via a
web app. Feel free to inform me if you have ideas.
