My sincere condolences.

You don't need that. Use Conditional Comments to include an IE-specific
stylesheet that uses DirectX filters.
But it Removes all the links from the pages

That is what happens when using a sledgehammer without having learned how to
operate a screwdriver first. All problems look like tiny nails, then, and
the more force you apply the greater is the probability that the wall breaks
in the process.

No, it doesn't.
where am making mistake

1. Programming without minimum clue.
2. Using jQuery.
3. Posting without having read first.

Please help

I suppose that's because they don't need their PNGs fixed.

Possible explanations:

Using jQuery.
Not understanding what you are doing.
Both of above.
Please help

Use gifs. Let IE users (deservedly) live with a certain ugliness on your
webpages. Use a for IE tailored CSS. Forget about jQuery. Etc.

"Does not work" is a useless error description. [psf 4.11]

Stylesheets are off-topic here. Google is your friend. [psf 6.1]

BTW, the pronouns are spelled "I" and "you".

Yes, the FAQ is currently offline[1]. Do you need burping and diapering, too?
