JRE 1.2 Daylight Savings Time Fix

I am working with a customer that is looking to update their JRE
installed with the newest DST information. I have found the updates
for JRE 1.3.1, 1.4 and 1.5 but have been unable to find anything
regarding 1.2. I know there is not an official fix released by SUN
since 1.2 is no longer supported, but does anyone know of a manual fix
or a way to use the 1.3.1 tool for 1.2? Unfortunately upgrading to a
newer version is not feasible at this time for this customer.
