jsp frontend development with struts

hi all:
I just did a project using Eclipse/myEclipse to deal with the combined
html,jsp,struts and jstl tags, syntax... i found it has been
a big mess, for coding, MyEclipse deals ok, but cant really do things like
we can do in dreamweaver.

I wonder how you experienced developers who oftenly work with the jsp
frontend get around this easily ? what IDEs/Plug-ins

I develop the back end java classes with JBuilder and do the front end in
Dreamweaver.
Proper coding, including separation of the logic and presentation layers,
allows me to do this without any plugins at all.

I use Dreamweaver mostly for JSP development. I use the following
plugins to Dreamweaver:

I own the Visual JSTL and Visual Tags for Struts. I highly recommentd
them if working under Dreamweaver.

NitroX is supposed to be pretty good:
