JTable column width autofit

Hi all
does anyone know of a way to implement the autofitting of column widths in
JTable?
Something similar to what they do in M$ Excel ?

i would like for the user to be able to click somewhere on the column
headers (maybe in the corner of the table) and have the all columns
automatically resize to the largest text in each column.

if anyone has any sample code that they can share, i would appreciate it.
