Let's say you wanted to give access to a Java Web Start app to someone
without internet access. Let's say you put the jar and jnlp file on a
CD.
What are your options to use for the URL?
Do you provide a variety of jnlp files?
Do you tell the user to make sure the default drive in the CD ROM?
Do you set it to some letter and tell him to SUBST to it.
Is there a standard way to handle this?
