i want to create a application in netbeans that has layered panels. ie, one pannel with buttons and fields another with buttons and fields ontop of it, and with the functionality of calling each pannel dynamically and hiding the other one. the one below it.. does any one know how to do this? because as soon as i try to put the next panel ontop of one i just created, the buttons and fields move and will not "hide" below the new panel..
