Lightning Event Icon Gone Missing

I now realise some of my problems today are because, I can not see the
list of events associated with controls.

The Yellow Lightning Icon that was at the top of properties has
disappeared.

I have found several references to thi sproblem, but up until now I
have not seen a solution.

Can anyone please advise or is there another way of getting a list of
events associated with a control.

Stop and restart the IDE
