LinkButton does not contain definition

Hello,
Very new to this but can somebody help me understand the missing link to my code. When a user clicks the LinkButton "btnCustomerEscrow" it needs to direct them a page called "CustomerEscrowProfile.aspx"

<asp:LinkButton ID=btnCustomerEscrow runat=server Text="Customer Escrow" OnClick="btnCustomerEscrow_Click"></asp:LinkButton>

How do I create and where to do I place the event_arg definition and target path for this?

Any help is appreciated
