Listening to htttp requests

For some debugging I'm doing, I'd like to either build a listener or
find a shareware on. I'd like to see what the client is sending and the
server is returning


HTTP_client <---port_X--->Listener<---port_Y---> HTTP server

Anyone know were I can find one cheap?

A packet sniffer like Ethereal, tcpdump or snoop should do.
