Logging&Instrumentation App Block problems

Hi,
I am using the Logging&Instrumentation Application Block in an Outlook
addin project.
I am getting a System.NullReferenceException in system.management when
quiting Outlook.
The exception is not thrown in my code so I can't debug it. Infact, this
exception happends after I release the AppDomain which my addin resides in
(I am using a COM addin shim - A C++ COM Addin that loads the CLR, starts
new AppDomain and runs my managed addin code).

Anyone has an idea why this problem happends?
