Looking for good Java obfuscator

Hi all,

Can somebody kindly recommend a good Java obfuscator/encrypter with the
following features:

1. Works with MS and Sun JVM's
2. Works with MS
2. Works with trusted/signed applets (that operate outsite the sandbox)
3. Encrypts all strings
4. Damn hard or impossible to decompile my classes

I am looking for the best. I don't care if it is free or commercial
software.
