    Hi there,

is there a MySQLdb-Version for the latest Mac OS (or can I use the
    Linux-tarball)? I'm a Mac-Newbie.

    Thanks.

The source is for all platforms. Use the Source, Luke. If 1.1.9 does
not compile on Mac OS X, file a bug.
