make the content in a nested layer scrollable

Hi,
I have placed all the scrollcode as described in
http://www.dansteinman.com/dynduo/en/miniscroll.html in one of the pages on
a website i'm building, but for a reason I can't find, internet explorer
keeps telling me there is an error in line 130: 'myscroll' is not defined.
If you have a minute to look at the code on my 'problem'page:

I would be very happy. the problem occurs on the bottom of the htmlpage,
where there are two layers containing the 'up' and 'down' links.
If it matters: I have made no changes to the 2 javascript files.
