making guis with CreateDialog

Hi all.

Does anyone know where I can find a good tutorial on creating guis with
CreateDialog? I normally use CreateWindow, but now I would like to know how
to do it using the CreateDialog function. I tried looking through the VC
hep files, but the info there is a little vague.

Neither CreateDialog or CreateWindow are part of the C++ language. They are
part on the Windows API so please ask this question on a Windows programming
group such as You are off topic
here.
