Hello,

I'm looking for a tool allowing to create an application help in the
website. I've successed to create a .chm file, but I cannot open it in
IE and FF. So I would like to find a similar project that is purely
HTML/JS or another solution without needing to add plugin in FF or
IE.

HTML and Javascript are good for writing such yourself,
no tool needed.
