Management - User and credentials

Hi all
I worked with the ASP.NET (VS2008) configuration tool in order to setup the
way people are athenticated in my site.
Now I have a new project when I need use a SQL server Database (2005) that
contains a table called "Users_Data", I need to use these settings like
Name, Email, Password, etc in the login process on my project.
How can I complish it???
