Mappoint Service: Could not update Web Reference in Dot Net Studio 2003

Hi,
I want to use the Mappoint web service in ASP.NET application. But I get
error while adding web reference in VS 2003 -
The Error-

There was an error downloading
'http://staging.mappoint.net/standard-30/mappoint.wsdl'.

The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not found.
I am using URL - http://staging.mappoint.net/standard-30/mappoint.wsdl for
WebRef.

My machine is under secure VPN Network. when I do same on my local network
(LAN) then it work perfect. but when I swich to VPN Network then onl I got
this error.
I have already updated machine.confg file with correct proxy address. also I
have proper creditial for MapPoint Authentication and its works on my local
network.


Can anybody help for this issue?
