Menu Bars

I have a menu bar on site with about 30 pages. If I change 1 link in the
menu bar I have to go through 30 pages to get them all the same. How can I
remove this worry and just have to change things once. Anyway without the
obvious iframe route?

Either write a script to do it, or use server-side includes.
