Microsoft VC++ language tutorial?

With the MS VC++ 6 package there came a computer tutorial to C++ which
I seem to remember being quite good. I think it was in the form of a
helpfile. There is no such tutorial with VC++ Express 2005.

What happened, did they just drop it, or is it still available
somewhere? I am just looking for a C++ language tutorial, not how to
use the VC++ 2005 Express package.

Have you tried Microsoft's web site or at least their extensive
hierarchy of newsgroups?
