mime decode a message

Hi,

I have mail messages stored as a text files, these files contain the
full raw message, the header, body and if any, mime encoded
messages/data. Is there a way to use the javamail api to decode these
messages and save the encoded data (especially multipart/mix data) as
separate files?

Yes, a straight forward procedure. Read the file into a MimeMessage and
do whatever you want to do with the message. The API documentation is
your friend.
