Mission impossible? Synchronize sql server data with local Outlook

My business people gave me a new requirement today : Have a button on a web
page that allow users to synchronize their contact data that stored in our
sql server with Outlook on their local computer, and going from their
Outlook to our sql server too.

Is it possible at all? Please share with me your thoughts and
recommendations on how to implement this. Thanks so much in advance.

Hi,
is possible;
in Appliaction i have a some requirment experience.

using the CDO Library,and access the Outlook or Exchange;
then pass the contacts list to store into sql or XML.

this only my thoughts.

Thanks for the suggestion zhang. Unfortunately I can't use CDO because this
is a web application. Any other way that you can think of? Thanks.
