please i nead to moving label in c# around circle or inside circel ?

Since you fail to explain yourself well all anybody could provide as
a response is an assumption which is usually a big waste of time.

As far as I can go with that is to assume you want to animate
a label in a circular path. You'll have to figure out how to do that
