this worked for me:
-download python 2.3. install it. add in your path the python dir in the system icon in the configuration panel.
-install mozilla 1.6.
- the mozpython file needed for your configuration is MozPython-0.1.1_1.6_2.3_win32 .
- follow the tutorial.
