MSIDXS Provider Not Correctly Registered...

I've googled on this 100's of times and cannot find an answer. Every time
I try to conduct a search from my web page I get that error. I've created
the index group I've tested and verified it's working. For some reason though
I cannot conduct a search using sample code I've seen 100 times all over
the net.

How do I register the MSIDXS provider? Or what do I do to try and figure
out the cause of this error?
