Need a tool or code for redirecting data from UDP port

Hi all,

I am searching for a tool which will read the incoming data from one
UDP port & will transfer same to the 2 or more UDP ports of same
machine of other machines on intranet.


Anyone has any idea where I can find such tool?
If someone could point me to the source code (VB/VC++) I will be
greatful to him......
