NetBeans & MySQL Flash Demo or Tutorial?

I am new to NetBeans! I am looking a Flash Demo or a tutorial that can
show me how to develop a simple application using the Matisse GUI
Builder to create a form that edits data on an underlying MySQL
database. I had found many good flash animations on the NetBeans site
but I haven't found any connecting to a MySQL database! Or maybe I am
wrong and I should be looking for a tutorial that explain how to create
components that connects to the database and them how to connect from
the SWING interface to those middle/data tiers components. Please
insert some links here:
