Network credentials with Assembly.LoadFrom

I load an assembly with the following code:

Assembly assemblyContent = Assembly.LoadFrom("http://www.mysite.com");

Everything works fine, but if under IIS MMC Directory Security I disable
"Anonymous Access" and I flag "Basic authentication" then I'm asked for
network credential with a loggin form.

How can I avoid this?
Is there a way to pass to Assembly.LoadFrom some network credentials?
