Network Device Discovery

    Hi,

    I am trying to discover all devices that are connected to my network.
    i have a range of ips. and methods like telnet,SSH,HTTP
    i have to get following information from device:
    1.SNMP
    2.Name
    3.Location
    4.Device Layer

    Any Suggestion or steps to achive this
