newbie needs a javascript menu fo' mastuh

hi... i've lookin all over the web for a free (gpl) javascript drop
down menu. one that supports transprency and frames. i remember i
found one but i've lost it... do any of you know any good ones? thanx

The one I always recommend is HVMenu from http://www.dynamicdrive.com
Assuming that's what you meant by "drop-down", as select element type "jump
menus" can't be transparent or go across frames.
