NT IIS4.0 to 2003IIS6.0 Upgrade - ASP will not work

I have upgraded my website from IIS4.0 on an NT Server to IIS6.0 on a 2003
Server now when my asp pages try to load they get a error 500 - Internal
Server Error

Any Idea?
