Odd problem with CSS validator...

For some reason, the CSS validator has a problem with setting the right
border (other borders are fine) to "1px solid black" and validating the
page, but not the style sheet itself. An example is at
http://216.114.129.83:8080/validatorproblem/. What the heck is going on?

That's... err... unusual. The CSS validator sometimes has problems with
comma-seperated media lists, but that doesn't seem to be the problem here.

its a known bug (327). use border:1px solid black; if it really
worries you or just validate the css file.
