Open Source C++ Internet protocol library

Does anyone know of any open-source, cross-platform (Win, OS X, Linux) C++
internet protocol libraries that are available? SMTP, FTP, HTTP, NNTP, etc.

This is probably not the right forum but I wasn't sure where else to turn.
If someone can point me to the right newsgroup or
has any feedback here, it's much appreciated!
