Oracle Call Interface : Free C++ library with support last version of OCI

I find C/C++ Library for work with Oracle OCI.
It MUST support Oracle 8,9,10 OCI!!!

Google say:
1) OCI C++ Library
Support only Oracle 8
2) SQLAPI++ Library
Not open source

Can anybody help me?

Have you tried an Oracle newsgroup? My standards compliant compiler for
my embedded Z80 system doesn't know anything about Oracle.
