Hi,

I would have posted this in the website newsgroup, however noone ever
seems to reply there.

Which one?
I was thinking of joining an affiliate program to increase visitor
numbers to my site. I would like to pay websites on a pay per click
basis. I have seen some places offer 1p a click with Affiliate
Future so I would probably want to join them.

Has anyone had any dealings with them before? Do they provide a good
service and how much would they charge on top of the 1p a click? Does
anyone have any other recommendations in the UK that would be as
cheap as Affiliate Future as I do not have huge amounts of money to
play with and I don't think it would be that profitable.

Have you had a look at Google's AdWords? They're a bit more expensive than
the prices you mention - the cost varies depending on the popularity of the
keywords and how high up the list you want to be - but, within the limits of
my experience, I find that they offer the best ROI on PPC.

If you feel that any of the above is incorrect,
inappropriate or offensive in any way,
please ignore it and accept my apologies.

Have just looked into Adwords and it appears that I would have to pay
between 20p and 50p per click if I wanted to have a reasonably high
position.

Afraid I can't really afford this.

Thanks for the help even so.
