Outsourced Programmer Needed - Java / SQL

Hi,

I am looking to outsource a project to someone, perferably not a company,
to help me with an application for the mortgage market. I would prefer
someone on the east coast so my flights to you are not as long. I'm located
in Atlanta, GA.

at building web enabled interfaces connected to a SQL server. This will be
