Page Hit Counter

Hi,
can anybody help a newbee on a hit counter. Thanks in advance

Sorry, but we aren't mind-readers. You'll have to give more information
than that. What exactly do you need help with?

Just a bit of advice: don't use JavaScript-invoked hit-counters if you
don't have to; server logs, provided by some hosts, can give better
information. For example, the Blueyonder (my ISP) personal webpages give
access to a graphical representation of the server logs, as well as
low-level access.

Also, check with your Web host as many provide a hit counter that xan be
included on each page with a single line of code. Below is an example:

Sure. You neither want nor need a hit counter. Get a tool that can
evaluate web server statistics and get a webspace provider that allows
you to install it (or provides it by default) instead.
Thanks in advance

You are welcome.
