Page reloads always

Hi,
i have a website with several frames. One frame reloads after 15 seconds
with:

meta HTTP-EQUIV="refresh" CONTENT="15;URL=framerechtsintervall.asp

but it always still loads if i´ve left the page, also if i leave the page
for example to www.google.de.


Someone has an idea????

I'm not sure I understand you but...
it's possible that you're still in one of the frames.
you could break out of frames with target="_top"

you may want to give us more detail. perhaps a URL?
what's the link?
