PDB on a large threaded application (QMTest)

Hi,
I'm trying to debug QMTest from Code Sourcery with PDB from inside
Emacs.
My problem is that without PDB, I have no problem, but when I'm using
PDB,
I get exceptions thrown.

Has anyone else tried using PDB on QMTest?
My python is 2.2, and QMTest is 2.0.3.
