PerlScript + ASP on IIS question

I have a PerlScript integrated into ASP (not aspx..) code, I have two
problems:
1 - How do I send the value of the option selected from the drop-down
list box (with select tag), using onchange event?
2 - How do I make the list box contain a dynamically created array (an
input from another command, or SQL query)?
