downloading small file from a jrun server appears to be very slow.
no problem when switching to iis or tomcat.
does anyone have any ideas of what might be happening here?

    1KB file took around 200msec
    2KB file took 0 msec

(client and server are on the same LAN)

    i will appreciate any help.
