proxies – HTTP, HTTPS/SSL, FTP, Streaming, Email, VOIP will be a
strong plus.
Prior experience in developing management systems that manage 100s of
appliances in a large network with a fault-tolerant architecture will
be a strong plus.
A strong sense of building systems which take into account security
issues and a good working knowledge of the latest security issues and
trends will be a strong plus.
Implementation experience in creating a configuration system (like a
registry or config database) in an embedded appliance to store and
manipulate system configurations will be a plus. Familiarity and prior
development experience of a Cisco-like CLI will be a plus.
Implementation experience with SNMP and Network Management Systems
