print chinese char

Hi,

Does anyone know how can I print chinese content.

I save a conf file who contain chinese translation of my label but when
I print out the content I got ????? and not 新用户

In my http.conf file I got :

$content = Compress::Zlib::memGzip($content) if $can_do_gzip; ;
print "Content-Length: ", length($content) , "\n";
print "Content-Encoding: gzip\n" ;
print "Content-Type: text/html;charset=utf8\n\n";
print $content;
