Print webpage without default IE header/footer

When printing my webpage, IE inserts a header (name of the webform +
pageNr ) and a footer (URL + date)

Does anyone know of a way to supress this behaviour, I'd like to print a
letter / invoice from IE but without this header/footer.

TIA

Do you mean to say that this is a setting in IE ?
And that each user on his/her pc has to turn this option off ?
Do you know of an alternative way to print letters and/or invoices from a
webpage without resorting to Ms-word / Excel ?

Jurjen.
